Great Northern Old Goat Division

This HO railroad is set in northwest Montana and models the 1940-50 era. The room size is 30 x 26 feet and both the track work and scenery are 100% complete. Beyond the mainline of 150 feet there is a branch line serving mountain industries. A key feature of this railroad is the mountain scenery with massive mountains and impressive trestles. Also noteworthy are the highly detailed structures and the city scenery. A computer-based Centralize Traffic Control system manages the signals on the railroad. It has been included in four prior NCR-NMRA conventions layout visits. NCE is the DCC control system. The railroad is located in the basement and accessed via stairs.
